You will always have an Ofsted proven responsible individual on hand

One hour meeting per week (held virtually) to lead your management meetings

One hour per week (held virtually) to give you training and guidance

One hour per week (held virtually) to hold business meetings with Directors

One day per month (in person) in the homes to health check the performance, offer training & supervision

On Call 24/7 for any emergencies

Available 9am-5pm Monday to Friday for all support needed with recruitment, admin, compliance, policies and more
